questionnaire, plus a welcome call to answer your questions and schedule your appointment

Cancellation Policy

I value and respect my clients’ time, as well as my own. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

• More than 24 hours in advance → No fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours → 30% service fee.
• Same-day cancellations (within a few hours of the session) → 50% service fee.
• No-shows → Full session fee applies.

Emergency Exceptions: If you need to cancel due to a true emergency (medical issue, accident, or family emergency), please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate a reschedule.

Payment & Refund Policy

• All transactions are non-refundable. Store credit will be issued for eligible cases.
• Rates and services are subject to change without notice.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, Zelle, and cash.
